Alina Habba, once a key member of Donald Trump’s legal defense team and now serving as his White House counselor, made headlines earlier this month with a bold declaration about the future of the federal workforce under a second Trump administration.

Appearing on Fox News alongside Sean Hannity, Habba didn’t hold back. She made it crystal clear: loyalty to the “America First” agenda won’t be optional—it will be a requirement.

“Why should President Trump be forced to keep deep state bureaucrats who worked tirelessly to see him behind bars?” Hannity asked, referencing special counsel Jack Smith and others. “Why wouldn’t he get to choose his own people?”

Habba jumped in with fire: “I love that you asked me this, Sean. And to all the liberals losing their minds right now? Buckle up. If I worked at the DOJ under Biden, do you think he’d keep me around? Absolutely not.”

She continued, laying down the gauntlet: “Here’s the bottom line—if you’re not aligned with the America First vision, you have no place in this administration. The last administration was about weaponizing the law, pushing division, and undermining justice. That era is over.”
