Donald Trump’s website sells “disgusting” new item that violates US constitution

Another day, another example of Donald Trump vigorously stoking the fires of controversy by threatening to violate the very constitution he swore to protect.

Rumors are swirling once again — and they’re causing quite a stir. Whispers suggest that the former POTUS is gearing up for another presidential run in 2028. Bold? Absolutely. Impossible? According to the U.S. Constitution, yes — it strictly prohibits anyone from serving more than two terms in the White House.

But if history has taught us anything, it’s that Donald Trump isn’t exactly known for playing by the rules. In fact, bending them might as well be his trademark.

Pulling off a third term would be a jaw-dropping move, even by Trump’s own standards. Yet the 78-year-old has already started dropping hints that he’s eyeing precisely that — a return to power, constitution be damned.

For those who might need a refresher: the 22nd Amendment clearly limits any U.S. president to two elected terms, capping their time in office at eight years, no matter how wildly successful — or disastrous — their leadership may have been.

And yet, earlier this year, U.S. Representative Andy Ogles made headlines when he floated the idea of exploiting a legal loophole that could clear the path for Trump to run again.

Is it a long shot? Maybe. Is it something Trump would try anyway? Knowing him… absolutely.

Representative Andy Ogles stirred the pot earlier this year with a bold claim:

“No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than three times, nor be elected to any additional term after being elected to two consecutive terms… and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice.”

In short? Ogles argues that because Trump’s first and second terms weren’t consecutive, he should still qualify to run again in 2028.

And Trump? He hasn’t exactly laughed off the idea. On the contrary, he seems to be testing the waters, dropping hints that he’s serious about a 2028 comeback — not just trolling his critics for sport.

Adding fuel to the fire, Trump’s official online store has started selling “Trump 2028” hats and T-shirts. And let’s be real — launching a full line of 2028 merch would be a bizarre move if he were planning to quietly fade away after his current term.

The new gear — priced at a bold $50 — features a description that reads:

“The future looks bright! Rewrite the rules with the Trump 2028 high crown hat. Fully embroidered with a snap closure in the back, this will become your new go-to hat.”

Unsurprisingly, the merch drop triggered an immediate social media firestorm.
One furious critic called it “disgusting,” while another wrote:

“He really thinks he can violate the constitution and the two-term limit… what a joke.”

A third blasted:

“Trump wants to be Putin so bad,”
while a fourth fumed:
“Trump 2028 hats are now being sold. It’s a f****** cult.”

The idea of Trump pushing for a third term is already sending shockwaves across the country — and it’s clear the debate is just getting started.

What’s your take? Could Trump really rewrite the rules… again?
